Born and raised in Park City, UT, Nicole Sletta, has been making art since being dropped off at their first class at the Kimball Art Center. Nicole graduated Cum Laude from Western Washington University in 2021 with a Bachelors of Arts and a Bachelors of Fine Arts. While at university they completed a creative internship at the local arts and music organization Make.Shift as well as organized beach clean ups for the local Surfrider chapter.

Nicole currently resides in Breckenridge, Colorado working for Breck Create running their Precious Plastic program as well as working as an installation assistant for the Old Masonic Hall Gallery. Their latest work is exploring our contentious relationship with plastic and how we can take charge of that relationship.
